As part of the International Day of Monuments and Sites 2024, under the motto Disasters and Conflicts in the light of the Venice Charter, the MAH is highlighting the work of Jos\u00e9 Nuno da C\u00e2mara Pereira, created in 2003, when the US, then under the presidency of George W. Bush, declared war on Iraq. Considered by art critic Jos\u00e9 Lu\u00eds Porf\u00edrio to be “above all, a three-dimensional caricature” that “retains a renewed relevance today”, it is part of the Fine Arts Management Unit of the Angra do Hero\u00edsmo Museum.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
