The MAH presents the rabbit test board, which was used in pregnancy tests based on the method developed \nby Maurice Friedman and Maxwell Lapham (c. 1930), which involved the use of rabbits. These tests were \ncarried out by Dr Henrique Henriques Flores (1907\u20131985) in his clinical analysis laboratory, where he began \npractising in 1932. In 2016, the laboratory\u2019s collection, including this specimen, was donated to the MAH by \nhis son, Dr Jos\u00e9 Henrique Sim\u00f5es Flores (1936\u20132025). \nThis piece forms part of the Museum\u2019s Science and Technology Collection and will be presented by Jo\u00e3o \nLemos, Senior Technician at the MAH, followed by a guided tour of the collection. \n \nMUSEUM OF ANGRA DO HERO\u00cdSMO .
