Re_Act Contemporary 2023 – Spirits and Rocks

Re_Act Contemporary is an art laboratory space co-founded by Paulo Arraiano and Paulo Ávila Sousa, based in the Azores Archipelago, which, since 2017, has been promoting artistic residencies on Terceira Island, with artists of different nationalities and areas of expression, whose works have been included in joint exhibitions since its first edition, presented at the Museum of Angra do Heroísmo . The 2023 edition of RE_ACT CONTEMPORARY, which is being held for the second time at Carmina – Galeria de Arte Contemporânea Dimas Simas Lopes, is curated by Camila Maisune and features Adriene Elise Tarver (USA), Diogo Evangelista (PT) and Pedro Vaz (PT) as guest artists.
