Oasis by Nuno Sá is comprised of underwater photographs by the award-winning nature photographer. They reveal the splendour, bizarreness and beauty of the many creatures that inhabit the immensity of the Azorean sea.
The exhibition has a dual approach: an indoor component presented in the Municipal Auditorium of Santa Cruz das Flores, accompanied by large-format outdoor panels displayed in various parts of the town. It was on display at the Museum of Angra do Heroísmo in 2014, it was deposited at this institution, which ensured that it was reinstated at the New Bedford Whaling Museum in 2016 and, in 2017, at the Olhão Library and outside the Madalena do Pico Auditorium.
