Cabinet of Curiosities – “Bird, Mushroom and Squirl” Mechanical Bank

This month’s item features a lithographed tinplate mechanical bank from the 1950s, manufactured in the Federal Republic of Germany (West Germany) by LBZ – Lorenz Bolz Zirndorf.
This piece was donated to the museum by Manuel Macedo Pereira, and it is housed in the Toys and Games Conservation Unit.
