The MAH is hosting a new dance workshop organised by Shivana Eventos as part of its Traditional Dances of the World series. Led by Ricardo Coelho, the workshop introduces participants to various traditional dance styles from all corners of the globe. Later, at 9:00 pm, there will be an open dance evening. A night of fun and sharing traditional dances, where everyone is welcome to participate. Ricardo Coelho, from Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto, is a musician in several traditional and contemporary music groups, a music teacher, and a musical programmer.
Programme
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Traditional Dances of the World Workshop
8:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Light meal (open to the public)
9:00 pm – 11:00 pm: World Music Dance, Open access with bar service.
