Sundays with Music

The concert cycle is back, this time on the last Sunday of every month – until May 2024. Hosted by resident organist Gustaaf van Manen, these free-entry musical sessions feature a program that reveals the mastery of Baroque composers such as Bach, Sweelinck, Purcell and Telemann. This activity also gives visitors to the museum a unique opportunity to get to know the sound of the historic organ of the Church of Nossa Senhora da Guia, built by António Xavier Machado e Cerveira in 1788.
