During this visit to the installation Extremophirum, participants are introduced to the concept of extremophily and shown how it inspired the artists Catarina Nunes and Mariana Ramos to create alternative worlds. The concept of resilience is explored further in a workshop, where, using quick-drying modelling clay, participants create creatures resistant to fire or cold from other planets.
