Map the City

Topographic landscape workshops MAH Educational Service, 1 October, 2pm–5.30pm In this drawing workshop, artist Miso will explain how she creates her topographic landscapes using textiles. Each participant will be given a piece of fabric to lay out on the floor at various points around the museum. On the floor, we will learn how to draw the volumes that the ground brings out and understand how topographic maps work. We will make large drawings with paint which, when joined together, will form a large map.
