Tai Chi is the art of meditation in movement, which promotes the circulation of vital energy (Chi), which allows for unrivalled bodily freedom, health and inner stillness whilst deepening the experience of being in the present moment. Its practice deconstructs the perception of mechanical and dehumanised time, transmuting it into an integrative experience and the rediscovery of healthy and natural rhythms.
