25.11.2017 - 25.11.2017

Museum of Angra do Heroísmo Educational Service, 25 November, 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. We all love family portraits. Portraits allow us to compare similarities, evaluate changes, and perpetuate happy moments. The albums that delight our grandmothers are disappearing, but the habit of taking photographs is becoming increasingly common and appreciated. On this visit to the Museum, we will allow ourselves to be photographed in a relaxed manner, while enjoying the formal portraits that the MAH has to show, understanding how the colours, lines, position and objects that accompany each of the subjects reveal their personality and tell us about the era in which they lived. Then, we will make our own frames and, with the help of the whole family, create a ‘real’ portrait. Free admission, but limited to 6 families per session. Registration by telephone on 295 240 800 or by email at [email protected]
