Education Service of the MAH, 18 December, 14:00–17:00
Stars, wreaths, trees, baubles, angels, and bells are vibrant and colourful decorative elements that make up the festive image of Christmas. But what is the true meaning behind these decorations, and how does the message they convey relate to this season?
During a visit to different spaces of the Museum of Angra do Heroísmo, we will explore the significance of all these symbols so that Christmas can take on a deeper meaning. Afterwards, using wire, wood, leaves, and moss, each child will create a unique Christmas panel.
Target audience: 10 children and young people aged 7 and over.
Free participation, subject to prior registration by email at [email protected] or by phone at 295 240 800
