On 19 November at 14:00, at the Educational Service of the Museum de Angra do Heroísmo, this introductory tile-painting workshop, led by Ana Beatriz Ávila, aims to present traditional Portuguese azulejo techniques while encouraging participants’ creativity, helping them to understand the inventive potential and the varied applications of tilework. The activity will also include a guided visit to the rich azulejo heritage of the former Convent of São Francisco, now the main building of the MAH.
