Workshop aimed at children aged 5 and over, who will knead, shape, bake, and eat biscuits and cookies, recalling the type of biscuits that formed the main component of Portuguese sailors’ rations during the Age of Discoveries.
The activity is organised in partnership with the Culinary and Table Service courses of Profij at Secundária Jerónimo Emiliano de Andrade. Registration can be made via email at [email protected] or by phone at +351 295 240 800.
Attendance is limited to 20 children.
