Educational Service of the MAH, 3rd and 10th December, 3 pm

Biodanza classes, facilitated by Ana Carvalho, return on the first two Sundays of December. The primary aim of these sessions is to introduce the Biodanza method as a silent language, significant in interpersonal communication.
