Biodanza is “a system of human integration, organic renewal, affective re-education, and relearning of life’s original functions. Its methodology consists of inducing integrative experiences through music, singing, movement, and group encounter situations.” Its main objective is the expression and integration of identity, developed through a process based on regular practice.
