This exhibition features pieces by 8 contemporary artists of different nationalities. Between 19 September and 2 October, they will live on Terceira Island, where they will work as a laboratory in a territory that, due to the inherent characteristics of its location in the middle of the Atlantic, is far removed from the contemporary social scene of the global city. Its intricate network of emerging meanings the pictorial tradition of landscapes seems incapable of being truly captured, and which, as such, is expected to foster the establishment of co-relationships between different layers of reality and post-reality.
