Book Launch: “Políticas Culturais nos Açores – Os museus da administração regional e o seu papel na democratização do acesso à cultura” by Miguel Rosa Costa

The book is based on a research project into the cultural policies of the Regional Government of the Azores, through investment in cultural facilities, and how these policies influenced the democratised of access to culture in the region between 1976 and 2008. It aims to contribute to the study of Cultural Management in the region, as well as to launch a debate on the study of cultural activities in general in the Azores, in this case in particular, based on public cultural policies.
