The Awakening of the Senses with the Body Alphabet is a theatre awareness class for children curious to express themselves through the performing arts in general and theatre in particular. It is a course designed to stimulate creativity and develop basic dramatic/theatrical skills at three levels: acting, body, and voice.
Participants are encouraged to explore theatrical expression both individually and as part of a group. In theatre, awareness of the whole is essential. The group is a place of encounter, where people experience profound creative and expressive fulfilment, as well as emotional and social connection.
