Hats, but Not Too Many

At Carnival, collective catharsis occurs through excess, transgression, and sanctioned madness. In this workshop, participants are invited to let their creativity soar by making a Carnival hat decorated with sequins, flowers, bows, and ribbons—but without the notorious mercury that drove so many hatters mad.
