In this workshop, the first part will address the conceptual component of yoga, exploring the philosophical basis of the practice, as well as how concepts lead to change. In the second part, we will move on to practice, understanding concretely how techniques are linked to concepts and how to achieve gradual, effective, pleasant and evolutionary change in everyday life.
