Urraca, the snake that wants to fly

This visit to the exhibition José Nuno da Camara Pereira | Um Sisifo Feliz highlights the experimental nature of José Nuno’s work, referring to the diversity of materials and techniques used and exploring the concepts of ephemeral art and installation. In the studio, each child will paint a cardboard tube that will form part of a flying snake to be installed on the ceiling of the Educational Service, recalling a project by the artist, dated 1982, presented in the collective exhibition ‘Desenhos’ (Drawings), which marked the end of the Sema magazine project.
